Part 1 | ‘body’ I often get DMs asking me to share details about my workout routine, what I eat (and don’t), supplements, bio-hacking - and tbh, I’ve always felt a bit reluctant to do so. I’m not a ‘Pro’. You can actually eat well and move without becoming a full-time coach. But ignoring these questions also feels wrong. So, here’s a middle ground. I’m happy to inspire, but I believe that if you’re serious about your health, it’s essential to listen to your body, seek guidance from professionals, and experiment to find what works for you. That applies to everything in life. I’ve spent ten years rebuilding my body. It started after a period of unhealthy habits during my teens and early uni days - dealing with PCOS, inflammation, gut imbalances, and poor lifestyle choices. With help from a nutritionist and personal trainer, I turned things around completely, shifting my habits in a way that truly transformed me. After COVID, I faced a significant setback due to an aggressive E. coli strain, which caused rapid weight gain, disrupted my metabolism and gut health. It took me years to stabilise everything. With that context, here’s what works for me today - starting with ‘workout routine’: • Reformer Pilates 2-3 x week • Mat Pilates 1-2 x week • Heavy Resistance Training 2-3 x week • Boxing 1 x week • Walking - enjoying nature with loved ones • One rest day - with a massage (Fascia Release or Lymphatic Drainage), IR Sauna, Ice plunge, HBOT, Soundbath. If my energy levels are low, I’m on my cycle or travelling, I swap everything for low-intensity activities, long walks, and deep rest. I always listen to what my body needs. For tracking, I use Whoop. My goal? To build a resilient, strong, and flexible mind and body - enabling me to enjoy life fully, in harmony and feel good in my body. Every body is unique, and I’m still on my journey of optimisation. For me, my routines provide a solid foundation for growth, and I’m proud of where I am today - and excited about where I’ll be tomorrow. But don’t mistake my ‘fit’ appearance for having it all figured out. Building a strong, healthy, glowing body takes time - and it’s absolutely worth it! by @andreaholmboe
Quick, easy, healthy - and so damn yummy! I know I’ve been seriously late with my long-promised recipe booklet (almost two years behind!), but I promise, I haven’t forgotten about you. Juggling a busy schedule and cooking on intuition means that sometimes structuring recipes takes a little longer, but they’re always worth the wait. In the meantime, here’s what’s been filling my weekday plates lately (when I remember to snap a photo). Cooking is my quiet joy - an act of creativity that nourishes my body and soul at the same time. Every bite is a moment of gratitude for the knowledge and curiosity that help me create a healthy home in my body, and in my kitchen for those I love. these are all @christhecocreator - from my saved folder. his writing does something i rarely see done well. he’ll put a crude word right next to a tender one and the tenderness survives it. most writing about feeling either flinches or performs. his does neither. we talk about connection like it’s a concept. he writes it like something that happens to your nervous system. soft, raw, warm, brutal, all at once. by @andreaholmboe
