What are the odds I’m walking around Paris and run into @postmalone ?! He totally lived up to the hype of being the nicest guy ever.

As promised, we’re back to bring you some homemade sweet potato gnocchi! (It’s not perfect or aesthetic but it’s real life😂)

Loose recipe:

-Bake one sweet potato at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes (until soft)
-Peel the skin off after and mush it in a bowl
-Add flour. Probably about ~2 cups for a bigger sweet potato, but add more as needed. You can always add flour, but can’t take it away!
-Knead until smooth and dough is elastic (8-10 min). (If you push your finger into it, the dough should bounce back)
-Cut into 4-6 sections and roll into long ropes, about 3/4” wide and then cut into small pieces of about 1”
-Add to boiling, SALTED water. once they float they’re done!
-Use any type if sauce you want! We did two sauces: one brown butter/olive oil with garlic and thyme, and one brown butter/olive oil with garlic and sage.

Bon appetite! 🤌🏼🤌🏼
