When we are talking about money changing hands, we are talking about a shift in values.Yesterday at the Forbes Future of Wealth Summit @forbes_swiss at Park Hyatt Zurich, two terms stood out to me: Mental Wealth and Assetization.First, Wellness = Wealth. Mental wealth is no longer a private topic, it is becoming an asset for companies, leaders and teams. Second, investing is becoming more accessible through assetization, investment opportunities that were once reserved for a very small circle are becoming more structured, more understandable and potentially more democratic.Beyond the talks, it was also one of those afternoons that reminded me why physical events still matter: interesting conversations, familiar faces and probably one of the best apéros in Zurich at Park Hyatt.Thank you Forbes Swiss for facilitating an exchange about wealth and its future.#forbes #zurichLilly HindesAVAN Studios by @andreamsmind

Even though we do have some moments of „Let me lay down really quick“ - just like when the office setup came into the picture, unexpectedly.People often ask: How do you stay motivated?Truth is: it doesn’t feel hard.Because we’re surrounded by incredible people who make this journey meaningful. We’ve grown as a team, as a business, and as individuals.Even when we put personal plans aside (which happens often), somehow it still feels in balance. 👩‍💻 10. Dezember, ein Datum, das wir nicht vergessen!Heute vor einem Jahr wurde AVAN Studios offiziell als GmbH eingetragen. Unser Name steht seit dem 10.12. schwarz auf weiss im Handelsregister🙏Der Schritt zur GmbH war für uns ein grosser, nicht nur rechtlich, sondern vor allem im Mindset. Unsere Idee, eine eigene Agentur zu gründen, war nicht mehr nur Hoffnung, sondern ist zur Strategie geworden. Und rückblickend war es die beste Investition, die wir hätten tätigen können.Moment, was heisst da „wir“? Fun Fact: Unsere Eltern haben uns damals die 10’000 CHF pro Person geliehen, damit wir überhaupt gründen konnten! So überzeugt waren wir, dass wir AVAN Studios zum fliegen bringen können.
