A summer of change — for me and my bike. No racing means freedom to ride what I want. I’ve been loving riding gnarlier lines with the new @shimanomtb T 2.2 thick rotors.

I’ve just started riding ridges in the desert & all you do here is try to slow down!!! 😵‍💫🌵 The thicker rotors avoid heat build up and stay powerful all the way down the gnarliest ridges. It’s been unreal to feel 110% confident in my braking out there.

My previous rotors were 1.8mm thick and the new ones are 2.20mm 😮‍💨👏

On my @norcobicycles torrent I have a 220mm upfront and a 200 rear and run them with the 4 pistons XTR calipers.

Love it when a product upgrade is felt through my riding. Nicely done @shimanomtb 🤝

Biggest drop of my life right thereee. ✅

The young ones are blowing my mind. Unreal day of progression for everyone at @ride.project17. Following @tillyboadle on that one!

Following @graceyhemstreet down coastal cruise is smnthng special. Overshooting the heck out of that jump is what convinced me I was ready for the impact of the big drop. 😂

Pretty unreal day @coastgravityprk for @ride.project17 — the girls are RIPPING the full course.

Ticked off the top of the course today. The build is insane. So flowy.

Stoked to be amongst it, witness the youth energy + skills and to see it unfold. Big up @graceyhemstreet for opening the doors!

We loved sharing the magic of the flower fields with you guys for our first U-Pick event 🌻✨

Thanks to everyone who came by the ranch yesterday it was lovely to meet all of you!

Sauerkraut last slab to tech!

Really enjoyed progressing on this trail! I walked up this slab once or twice before and didn’t know if I could ride it!

One session of progression and I felt like I could ride it & with control. Happy to be on XTR @shimanomtb brakes and maxxgrip @maxxisbike tires when I push the limits. Love that feeling!

Squamish’s trail network has been shaped over decades by builders, volunteers, trail crews and contractors putting countless hours into the places we love to ride, including, apparently, some very committed interns.

Keeping a 500+ km network going takes all kinds of hands, plus a little funding.

Rode Squamish this summer? Give $10 to the trails. We’ll turn it into $20. Keep the trails, and the intern, working.

Someone really important to me said I shouldn’t lose my edge with my riding just because I’m no longer at world cups so I hired coach @ztipsetan and tackled a trail I’ve wanted to ride for 7+ years!!!!! 🥬🥬🥬🥬

Sauerkraut is a piece of history here in Squamish. How good to be home and have time to do that.

I loved breaking down the trail and my aim was to ride everything with control and precision! Didn’t think I’d ride all of this, but Nate helped my process big time and we got it dialed on a very dry day!
