Maybe life’s about thriving in chaos.

In many ways, this marathon training cycle mirrored the very essence of my dad's approach to life. He’s always been a man of intensity, unapologetically embracing the chaos and uncertainty that life throws his way.

This marathon taught me that freedom comes from breaking away from the norm, following my own rhythm, and trusting what feels right instead of what only looks right.

Growing up, I watched my dad make things happen even when the “how” was unclear. After a series of painful injuries over the past 3 months, I realized that thriving in chaos doesn’t mean avoiding uncertainty, it means owning it. Finding joy in turbulence, solace in the struggle, and gratitude in the journey itself.

Life isn’t one-size-fits-all. We each get to choose our pace, test our limits, and discover our own way of thriving.

Dedicated a lot of miles, smiled through (most) of them. It was truly a privilege to run as a member of @fredsteammskcc this year. Immense thank you to everyone who supported and donated.
