Officially registered for the 2027 San Francisco Marathon! 🎉🏃🏼‍♀️🌉 @thesfmarathon

After completing two half marathons, I’m officially setting my sights on my very first full marathon. Even better, I’ll get to run it during the 50th anniversary of the San Francisco Marathon.

Here’s to a year of training, 26.2 unforgettable miles, and an unforgettable race day. My biggest goal is to cross that finish line safely, especially after dislocating the same knee twice!! 🧡

And yes… I’m fully aware of the hills. I’m doing it anyway. 😅⛰️

A commission Natalia ( @terriblecyclist ) asked me to paint back in 2020, finally making its way onto my feed.

This piece has always felt like a quiet tribute to the way certain experiences leave an imprint. The Subaru, the bike waiting for the next trail, the mountains catching warm light. It feels like the memory of an adventure that shifted something inward, the kind of moment that nudges you toward new places and new versions of yourself.

She’s a Master! 🎓 (a.k.a. two degrees hotter)

On August 9, 2025, I graduated from Purdue University with my Master of Science in Education in Learning Design & Technology, finishing with a 3.97 GPA.

My mom was with me in West Lafayette, and that made everything more special. She carried water, chocolates, and even a change of shoes to get me through the day — the kind of quiet support that means everything.

One moment I’ll hold onto was meeting faculty at the reception. Dr. Adrie Koehler came over and told me, right in front of my mom, that my graduate portfolio was one of the best she’s ever reviewed. After so much work, those words felt like a gift.

We ended the day with calls to family and wandering through the Mosey Down Main Street festival. The next day, we hit the bookstore for souvenirs (my mom proudly wears her “Purdue Mom” shirt now).

I’ll always remember this as a milestone full of gratitude. 🥰
