POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Jeg startet som fallskjermjegerrekrutt i 2013. Nå, 13 år senere, trer jeg av. (English below)

Takk for meg!

——

For my international friends: after 13 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces, I’m leaving active duty.

I learned a lot from my commanders, more from my peers, and most from those I got to lead.

Grateful for every one of you I met along the way. by @andreaslodoen

After 13 months with the Canadian Army Command and Staff College, I can finally call myself AOC-qualified.

Honored to be chosen as Brigade Commander for the last phase of the final exercise.

Grateful for the chance to work with, and learn from, friends from Canada, the US, Denmark, Brazil, Jamaica, Poland and beyond.

Done through a combination of distance learning and travel to Canada. taken in Canadian Army Command and Staff College by @andreaslodoen

This test is designed so you lose. Here’s why:

5 against 1. You’re not supposed to win. You’re supposed to keep going when winning seems hopeless.

That’s the whole point. Anyone can fight when they’re ahead. This shows who you are when you’re not.

Send to someone who would crush this test.

Fear is expensive. It charges interest on every opportunity you don’t take.
