Last night was such a beautiful reminder of what happens when you put really special humans in a room together. ✨

We kicked off @createcultivate weekend with the most incredible dinner so many thoughtful conversations, new connections, big ideas and women doing extraordinary things.

And tomorrow, the festival officially begins (!!) with 150+ speakers including @alixearle , @whitney , @halleberry @jenatkinhair and so many more.

There’s something really powerful about being surrounded by people who are building, creating, reinventing and figuring it out in real time.

Feeling very grateful to be here, very inspired by the humans I met last night, and VERY ready for tomorrow. by @andreasullivanvyve

What does playing bigger mean?

It doesn’t always mean doing more.

Sometimes it means saying the thing that needs to be said.
Making the decision you’ve been putting off.
Saying YES more.
Naming the friction.
Asking for more.
Expecting more.
Giving More.

And yes, it also means NOT taking ourselves quite so seriously. Bringing the fun back to work. Laughing more. Getting a little weird. Remembering that building something meaningful can be ambitious and joyful.
