as a man of words, you learn quickly that that which is understood can never be fully said. the words we use are tools, tools this beautiful they elicit tears are still so rudimentary that they could never capture the truth in its fullness. you are the hand my hand has held, as if we were born hand in hand, molded to be in embrace. you are my from, my to and my moment. like we have known each other for a thousand lifetimes. how crazy is life if I know in my everything that’s more true than the air I breath. you make it all so easy, and so grand, and so possible. we are so possible together, as we have always been meant to be, with everything that brought us here and everything that will come from us. forever isn’t long enough my love by @andreggray

@blackweekofficial x @yahoofantasy x @overtime DINNER @flyfishclub // this is what is it all about. Bringing together incredible humans, breaking bread, building the future.

I get emotional in moments like this because this is how the world changes, in small simple, foundational natural conversations. Step but step, we push the boulder.

Thank you so much to everyone that stopped their day to pour into this community. So much more to come and see you @nyastudios Oct 7-9!

Would you expect to be great at a sport without a coach?

Then why do we expect to be great at handling our own emotions without ever talking to anyone about them.

Andre’s take on this one is simple and it hit hard — therapy isn’t fixing something broken, it’s training for the thing that runs your whole life. by @andreggray
