We did it together 💜 we are strong!

For me, this was a huge challenge and a big accomplishment. I still can't believe I signed up for a fitness competition! I've never been that sporty.🤪🙈
Now, in my thirties, I completed HYROX, and it took a lot of dedication and discipline 💪. That's why I'm so happy and proud, because the younger Andrea would never have imagined doing something like this.
I started it, and I finished it — and that was the most important thing for me.🥹
This journey has definitely given me more confidence. It showed me how strong my body is, especially my legs (which have always been the part of my body I liked the least).
For so many reasons, I am incredibly proud of this achievement.
Thank you to everyone who supported me that day — my friends, coaches, and Instagram friends who congratulated me and cheered us on 🥹😊 by @andrehemmberlin

Reformer Pilates 🩷 14 months of consistency 🙌. It's more than just a workout for me—it's my me time, a way to calm my mind, and a hobby I genuinely love. It's challenging and see how much I've improved compared to the beginning 🥹💪. Pilates was the start of my fitness journey, and I practiced it 3 times a week before exploring other types of training. ✨

10k race 🙋🏽‍♀️💞🏃‍♀️ very happy I did it.
It was my challenge 💪 and a personal achievement. It may look easy, but for me, it is effort, dedication, and discipline of the past months.
