KIT from SignalFunctionSet is taking care of the drums, eventually getting processed by the amazing—and wild—SPICE by Plankton Electronics, while I play some chords with a hint of granular synthesis sprinkled on top. Enjoy!

This Eurorack port of the Norns Shield looks really interesting!

I know NoisyFruitsLab had something similar in development a few years ago, but apparently it never made it to release for some reason.

Do you think this is worth investing in, or is the good old desktop Norns Shield still the better approach?

I’d love to hear what you all think about it, especially from anyone who’s had experience with Norns in a Eurorack setup.

Cheers!

For the final section of this jam, I added some tape-style granular textures using the ADDAC112, Instruō Lubadh and BRINTA.
A little warble, fragmentation and granular chaos to finish things off. Enjoy!

Playing some chords and melodies over a pulsating drone beat + granular textures and glitch!

Vintage digital sounds, drone, grains and a bit of controlled chaos.

Enjoy!

Recording some chords with the good old Casio, then turning them into unexpected sequences with a bit of granular synthesis — all controlled with the Polyend Preset.

A little vintage sound, a little modular chaos. Enjoy!

Some melodies made with the AWAKE script for norns/shield, with a touch of Eurorack granular magic sprinkled on top! #modularsynth #nzmodular #eurorack #granularsynthesis #nornsshield #ambientmusic #generativemusic by @andrekaromi

My original "I Don't Know"performed live at ModFest on May 2, 2026, at the Audio Foundation in Auckland, New Zealand.
This was the very first time I performed this song live, and the audience at ModFest were the first people ever to hear it.

This is a short excerpt from my live performance of Dead Bird.

The original composition was written by my nephew, Vinnyariel, as an instrumental piece. I was inspired to create my own interpretation by adding lyrics and reimagining it through modular synthesis and sampler manipulation.

It was a pleasure to bring this version to the stage and share it with such a wonderful audience.

Modfest 26 was mean as.

Modular synths, video feedback, analog switchers, all kinds of electronic sets — but the real vibe came from everyone who showed up at @audio.foundation and got amongst it.

Such a good night 🎛️🎚️🤖 taken in Audio Foundation by @andrekaromi
