What does it mean for me to come back to the same place over and over again. I’m sure the audience is tired of seeing me post another shot of Asakusa, but for some odd reason I went out of my way to make it out there as much as I could.

Contrary to popular belief, I do feel digital has a place in my rotation. But I’m curious, which do you feel is better? Or do you feel it all depends on the image? I had this one roll of fridge in my film that was expired by nearly 20 years, and I was always a bit nervous to try using it. But since I was running low on color film, I bit the bullet and took it to Kamimizo Matsuri, hoping it would render interesting results, and to be safe I took most photos twice on a separate camera as well. I loaded it up in my M2, and shot the 200 speed film at around 50-64 asa to compensate for the age.
Imagine how shocked I was when the images came back extremely clear and beautifully. I wish I had more of this film now.
