Hello friends! I promise I still make tattoos, but moving is complicated and I am old and sleepy. Here is proof from earlier this month! I’ll have dates and details for summer and fall travel in Fort Collins, Omaha, and KC here for everyone soon. Thanks to everyone who gets tattooed and buys paintings and leaves nice comments on photos... it really means the world to me. GIANT THANKS to my friend Maddie for getting this peacock vase based on a vase her grandfather brought back from Japan. You’re the best, friend! #oldandintheway #itsvase #notvase #alsikkan #themilkosfamilyroadtrip #pennsylvaniaistoobig #newenglish taken in Scrimshaw Tattoo by @andrew_milko

White-Throated Magpie-Jay for my new friend Jack! Swipe for video, and healed shots taken in the wild while watching RIFC. I feel very lucky when I can combine three of my biggest interests: tattooing birds, watching soccer, and eating pretzels. THANKS AGAIN MY FRIEND… and VAMOS RHODE ISLAND! #amberandbluejay #pretzelparty taken in Rhode Island FC by @andrew_milko

My friend @ashcanann celebrated 20 years of tattooing + 40 years with an art show featuring a ton of solo flash and bunch of collaborations… she was kind enough to ask me to make a split sheet for the occasion so I painted this butter lady next to her lady butterfly. All acrylic gouache… on some sort of paper? Swipe for photos of the full sheet and a bonus picture of Aggie. taken in Historic Wickford Village by @andrew_milko

I wanted to post this project when it was totally done and fully healed and properly lit and all the things I say I’ll do and never get around to, but I suppose this is an appropriate time share this half-sleeve/coverup on my good friend and Dolly super fan Chad. Thanks as always my friend!!! Dolly has been present in my life through the music of my parents and the muppets and now my own family, and she was a talented a musician as she was a tremendous human being. A life well lived… Dolly forever! #dolly #dollyparton #islandsinthestream @dis_custed taken in Historic Wickford Village by @andrew_milko

Workers of the World Unite! Full back for one of my nearest and dearest including a double coverup of some tattoos I did… uhhh, in another lifetime. An ode to labor and Walter Crane done in exactly one year powered by coffee and many many soccer games, both on the television during the sessions and sat through with fresh tattoos after. Thanks to @defect_defect_ for the intense dedication, constant generosity, and years of true friendship! (The first tattoos I ever did on Keith were in fact done in my parent’s kitchen… thanks forever my friend!!!) Remember, friends: get giant tattoos, support labor, and support your local football club. taken in Historic Wickford Village by @andrew_milko

‘Same As It Ever Was’ 11”x14” acrylic gouache + liquid acrylics on arches. For the ‘Total Ruin’ art show tonight at @worship.tattoo! I sadly didn’t make it up there from RI, because I don’t know how time or distance works, but will definitely make it up there soon! Thanks again so o @andrewstortz and Worship for including me in the show… I know it was a brilliant evening exploring the art of the future/future of the arts! taken in Worship Tattoo by @andrew_milko

Fresh snow leopard and peony and a healed cedar waxwing for my old friend @christopherbythesea! I’m truly very lucky to be able to sit in Wickford village and reconnect with old friend while making fun birds and angry cats! Whether you’re a new or old friend, let’s make some tattoos! They don’t have to be birds, cats, or flowers… but they sure could be! taken in Historic Wickford Village by @andrew_milko
