I am blessed.

I want to thank the Lord for all the blessings He has given me in life. These past 6 years in the FFA have given me the greatest opportunities. Though I am now at the end of the era, I can’t help but look back and smile at all I was able to achieve and experience. No other organization has given me the ability to create relationships and find personal growth the way FFA has.

This past year has been one of the greatest years in my life. I joined state office in hope of having the chance to serve and positively influence members around the state. Looking back, I am extremely proud to have served such a great group of members that we have in the state of Washington. This year has taught me perseverance, the power of authenticity, the importance of advocating, and the impact kindness has on others.

While state office provides a plethora of opportunities and areas of personal growth, that growth can come out of the temporary unpleasant moments of service. No matter how difficult it felt to be a state officer or to carry such weight, all it took was remembering the members. There is no doubt that it can be easy to get caught up in the intricacies of state office, but no matter what, it must be remembered that serving members is the first priority.

I want to thank my family for always being there for me. It is you that has had my back in the ups and downs that come with this year of service. Thank you for always having food on the table, a roof over my head, and my official dress ironed! I love you dearly.

To my teammates, thank you for being such a large part of this year. I couldn’t imagine what this year would look like without you. The countless hours talking while driving to FFA stops with Kyia, the exchange of random facts and playing Connections with Nathan, the many sports talks and great laughs with Michael, having a catch partner with Natalie, and getting to spread inside jokes with Staci, you all will always have a large place in my heart.

These past years in FFA have been a stepping stone to my next journey in life. In August, I am honored to attend Oklahoma State University and I look forward to what the future brings! by @andrew_schulz_

Idaho FFA State Convention is truly a highlight from my year, and I am extremely blessed and grateful for the opportunity to attend as a visiting state officer!

Congratulations to the 2023-2024 Idaho state officer team on a successful year, you guys killed it! Congrats to the 2024-2025 Idaho state officer team as well, good luck on this next year of service!

Life is God’s gift to us. What we do with it is our gift to God.

This trip was by far one of the greatest experiences of my life! Being in Australia for nearly 10 days, I learned so many lessons about the country, its geography, culture, and agricultural practices.
•
However, much further beyond that, I learned so much about myself and those that I shared this experience with. I wholeheartedly hope to maintain these relationships for years to come! What a week…

Made some amazing memories with some amazing people! I am simply at a loss of words. All I can say is that I am incredibly blessed and that I look forward to a whole year of serving Washington FFA! Though I ended up 5th in Prepared and 5th in Parliamentary Procedure, I am so lucky to have the opportunity to serve as a state officer this year! I very much look forward to this next year to come with such a terrific officer team! by @andrew_schulz_
