Hey who's that? The 2020 issue of @redweathermn just got posted online! The link is in their bio. There are tons of great prose pieces, poems and photographs! by @andrewblj

I was lucky enough to have a poem of mine featured in the newest issue of @fargomonthly !

I am incredibly honored to be in such good company with a number of very talented local writers and photographers such as my good friend @jaedaengberg and some MSUM professors past and present.

The digital issue is out now with physical copies coming in the not too distant future. Also, somewhere on the horizon is the new digital issue of @redweathermn in which I will have three(!) poems featured. by @andrewblj

I had the pleasure of working on these two poetry manuscripts for @newriverspress this past semester with my dear friends @jaedaengberg and @gabbiebrandt . They are incredible, and I wish they were out now so I could share them with everyone I know. If you know me personally I'm probably planning on getting a copy for you as they're released. Merry Christmas, and give someone you love a book! by @andrewblj

I read at the Red Raven tonight. Looking a little wide and slovenly, but for how much effort I put into my writing I'd say it's okay. I read a poem for my Lucy girl and one inspired by a Virginia Woolf book I've been reading lately. Just one more step on my conquest of the world with my words. by @andrewblj

It's almost time to say goodbye to the Sarah Lawrence summer writing program. I've been back and forth between loving it and somewhat dreading it, but ultimately it has been amazing. I realized that while I may not be as credentialed as some or most of the people here the simple fact is that we'll all on a similar writing journey and some people are just farther along than others. I've had the pleasure and the privilege of meeting some exceptional writers and poets, and this has been an experience I won't soon forget. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to spend some time in their orbit. taken in Sarah Lawrence College by @andrewblj

To ease my worried soul while away. Lucy has apparently been doing well with my parents.
