NOW PLAYING | LINK IN BIO 🐎🎩

I met Rich a few years ago through mutual friends. The first thing I noticed was his hat. After introducing myself, I asked, “That’s a sick hat—where’d you get it?”
He said, “I made it.”

For the next 15 minutes, he told us his story—from making streimels in the Hasidic Jewish community to starting his own business. I instantly knew I wanted to tell his story.

We only had 7–8 production days, spread across a year and a half. We were intentional about what we wanted to capture, which meant waiting for the right moments to get exactly what we needed.

Our first private screening at @bobbysnightout brought out 100+ friends and family. That night, people kept nudging me to take it to festivals—and I listened.

We made our debut at the @greenpointfilmfestival. Not long after, we were selected for the @bushwickfilmfest where we took home Best Short Documentary. Insane!

None of this would be possible without the incredible collaborators who helped bring this film to life.

This was a true labor of love. I can’t wait for you all to see it. Let me know what you think—and share it with someone who’d enjoy it.
