CASTING CALL: THE ADDAMS FAMILY

They’re creepy, they’re kooky and we’re looking for our Addams Family.

From the producers of Avenue Q, Mamma Mia and Once, Andrew G Presents is bringing The Addams Family to Melbourne’s National Theatre from 27 February 2027.

We’re looking for exceptional performers to bring this iconic, wonderfully unconventional family and their world to life in a big, bold new production.

Packed with huge characters, wicked comedy, great music and spectacular ensemble moments, The Addams Family is a celebration of love, family and being unapologetically yourself.

Auditions are now open.

First round auditions are by self tape, with submissions closing at 4pm on Sunday 4 October 2026.

I’m so excited to announce my next project, The Addams Family, opening next year at the National Theatre, with previews starting on 27 February! 🖤

I’m also changing the name of my production company from AG Theatre to Andrew G Presents. After Avenue Q, Mamma Mia and Once, I’m ready for the next chapter and I’ve got some pretty exciting plans for what comes next.

We’re bringing the wonderfully weird Addams family to the National Theatre. It’s funny, a little bit ridiculous and has some terrific music. We’re putting together a fantastic team and I can’t wait to see what we create.

I’ll be sharing casting news, the creative team, ticket information and plenty more very soon. And this is only the beginning. I’ve got some other exciting projects in the works that I can’t wait to tell you about.

Fuller is such a delight to watch and especially now that she’s dipped her toes into the theatrical world once again, I hope to be see more of her on the Melbourne stage. Proficient on the piano, Sian Fuller shines every moment that she’s in the role of Girl and appears to effortlessly make the quirky and awkward aspects of her character feel completely natural.
