100km at @sydneysbackyardultra 🚀 First attempt at a backyard ultra, and I had no idea what to expect, but wow, that was wild!! A race with no set finish, starting the course again every hour on the hour, averaging only 10 minutes of rest before going again is incredibly mentally challenging as it is physically. Thanks @henry_herkes @hayden.savage @douglondres for joining me for another one of my crazy ideas! And everyone who came by over the weekend to crew us, you know who you are, thank you!! by @andrewlilly__
Turned 30. Ran across Middle-earth. Southern Lakes Ultra 2026 250km, 8000m vert 7 days, 6 stages Couldn’t have asked for a better way to bookmark the end of my 20s and set the tone for my 30s! I had the time of my life running the most surreal and jaw-dropping trails in New Zealand’s South Island: around lakes, across plains and rivers, through old gold-mining towns, remote backcountry, up mountains, and along ridge lines. It had everything!! My race went phenomenally well, and I’m excited to keep building and hopefully be back in NZ racing again soon! Thanks to my friends who joined me, all the amazing athletes, and to @southernlakesultra @kerrynrunz and her wonderful crew who made the entire experience feel so special, from the camps to the briefings, course support, and the delicious awards dinner. I couldn’t recommend this race highly enough! by @andrewlilly__
Street racing… but running 🏃 Stoked to be part of a cheeky underground street relay race with @andrewlilly__ & @daisymayh97 - cheers @usecadence team for putting on an epic night 💪 by @andrewlilly__
Desert ultra running on Anangu country in the great Red Centre. The most incredible experience learning about local Aboriginal culture and completing my first ultra marathon around Uluru with the best crew anyone could ask for. by @andrewlilly__

I love the idea that things are in constant motion, always changing. I think there’s a lot of resistance to change in ourselves and our lives. Imagine what life would be like if you could stop the change. How long before life starts to get dull and unsatisfying? Change is always a good thing because it’s the natural progression of life. #changeisgood #changeyourmindset #changeyourlife #liveauthentic #selfdevelopmenttools #selfwork #createthelifeyouwant #pursuewhatislovely #mindsetiskey by @andrewlilly__
