Stepped out last night with my wife for a bite at “Bar None” in the north of Antigua.. a favorite spot of ours since they opened. I’m not a particularly camera friendly person but last night I spent a few minutes with these two stars both of whom I have crossed paths with. Joseph Reis aka “Big Cheese” (on the left) worked with me some years ago to get experience and knowledge to prepare him for his international studies. Andrew Persaud (on the right) was a student at ABHTI where I had been a guest speaker. Andrew and I never crossed paths again for a few years but when we did, he remembered my presentation whilst he was a student. He said my words hit him hard and made him self evaluate on a deeper level. I’m proud to stand with these guys and reflect on how important #mentorship is. Drew will be a great asset to the organization and provide great support to chef Dale Baird and Joseph who is the Restaurant Operations Manager. Great to see you lads.. by @andrewstanb
