“Will he play baseball?” is one of the most asked questions I’ve gotten since the day I found out I was going to have a son. This question is also changed my life!

You see my answer has always been I don’t know but he’s gonna have every opportunity too and that goes for all of my kids. They’re going to grow up in a baseball facility, they’re going to be around the game everyday, they’re gonna be around elite players, they’re going to see the devotion their father puts into his work and how much he loves the game, they’re going to go to games with me, they’re going to get to know a lot of people who love baseball.

This question really made me think about what I wanted for my kids and am I creating the environment to give them the best chance for that to happen?

More than anything I want my kids to know Jesus and for me to create that environment that means I have to really know Jesus! Since this realization, he has transformed my life!

So now, when I ask myself “Will my kids know Jesus?” I would say I don’t know, but they’re gonna have every opportunity too. We are going to pray with them, read the Bible with them, worship with them, they’re going to see the devotion their parents have to their relationship with Jesus and how much we love him, they’re going to be surrounded by a community of believers in Jesus!

I’m so grateful for our 3 beautiful children! I’m so grateful for where Jesus has brought me in a little over a year! Give me the strength to be the man you made me to be! Praise be to God by @andrewtoddhill
