Our second EP, Big Deep Breath, is out now. We’ve been playing these four songs live for a while now; it feels so good to finally share them in recorded form. Listen wherever you find music and download for free on Bandcamp. Accompanying the release is a music video for Side Effects, done almost entirely ourselves. Enjoy that on Youtube.

Dug up an old harddrive and found these photos I took of Turnstile playing the Analog on April 13, 2016. Over nine years ago. Never would have thought back then that today I’d play a part in bringing back this legendary Portland venue. Tomorrow will be the first show back since 2018. Hope to see you there. @highlimitroompdx by @andrewvle

WE GOT THE KEYS! We’re very excited to announce that today we got the keys to 720 SE Hawthorne BLVD, formerly known as the Analog Cafe. Our plan is to create a safe, accessible and sustainable home for All Ages Hardcore & DIY in Portland. The property is two stories, with the upstairs being an all ages 250 capacity venue operated by 777.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

At the end of the day, this is a DIY project. We’re a few relatively broke individuals combining our collective resources to try to make something cool happen. The building is in rough shape and needs a lot of renovations. However, we did this knowing our community has our back.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
1. Donate
Conservatively, we’re estimating the rennovations to the building will cost upwards of $60k. While we have and continue to invest our money to make this dream a reality, your help would go a long way. Please check out or share the gofundme in our bio.

2. Community Days
In the coming weeks we will be planning and announcing community clean up days. If you want to get in the building and get your hands dirty, hammer some nails or pull up some floor boards, we’d be stoked to have your help.

3. Resources
Know some skills or a trade and want to help? Have a hookup for cheap lumber? Got any sound gear taking up space in your basement? LET US KNOW!

4. Go to Shows
Keep building this amazing community that has sprung up around us here in Portland. Show up, mosh, buy a touring bands merch, whatever it is. Participate in your community and don’t be a tourist. NW Style.

My dear friend Justin turned his pizza popup into the real deal this month. And for some reason he asked me to come up with this week’s chef special. So naturally, I had him to revive the Costco combo pizza. Go get one from @prettyboy.pizza at @littlebeastbrewing starting today til Monday, 2pm - sell out. Super stoked and honored to be a small part of Prettyboy history 🫰🏽 taken in Little Beast Brewing by @andrewvle
