4 years of high school tennis all wrapped up. God has blessed me with the most amazing teammates and experiences I could ask for, and I am forever grateful. getting to play doubles with daniel my freshman year, who taught me so much about teamwork, and drew my sophomore year, who smiled through every point, shaped my tennis and playing singles the next two years. God blessed our tiny school with an incredibly talented group of players, and getting to be part of that state championship winning team my sophomore year will be something I always look back and smile on. but whether it’s a first round exit or a state run, the people will always be the best part, and we’ve gotten to enjoy some of the best dinners, bus rides and inside jokes together. I can’t thank my teammates enough for how fun it’s been. after a win or a loss, they’re always the people who would cheer me up the most. so good luck to the future players, and we’ll always be pirates on a boat.
