We go thru a lot on our journey as women, growing and bearing children, health changes and we can go years not feeling like ourselves. Something I cherish so much is being a part of your story and getting to create art with you as a signifier of time. What youā€™ve been thru, grown thru, come to love about yourself. The shoot is about A lot more than just the photos - itā€™s the experience, and empowerment and giving to yourself and letting me show you how you really are. COMING THIS WINTER: My next Creator Series - With Child imagery. This is often thought of as hearts and flowers and runnin thru a field - but when I started shooting women while they created life I wanted to take a different approach. Make them feel beautiful and seen, sexy and powerful. Pamper them, go slow, feeeeel. I never would have been able to guess this is some of my most creative and most fulfilling work. Iā€™ve spent years tailoring my approach, narrowing in on my niche, collecting textures and prisms and honing in on how to guide a woman to shop for herself in order to style the shoot well so that we can create beautiful work that feels like art (and most importantly, her.) Iā€™m so excited to bring this topic to my next creator series. This is an immersive 1 Day Live Teaching, Shooting, super detailed demo and real time Q&A. Youā€™ll watch me do a full shoot and be able to ask questions as I go, Iā€™ll be showing in camera images, walking you thru why Iā€™m doing what Iā€™m doing, posing and movement and of course LIGHT - in order to achieve bright and beautiful images as well as dark and moody. Weā€™ll have prisms and fabric and tons of things to play with to get your brain going on creating. This is a 2 Part Day - One: Live Demo & Teaching from me. Two: You Shoot Real Women to try things out then and there, have me on sight to help you as you go and also walk away with a stacked library of images you can use on your site, social media and jumpstart (or deepen) your approach to this type of work and get to boooooking it. You cannot book it without showing it - so the point of this series is to TEACH but also build you out a LIBRARY of images for your site and socials. The 1 Day Workshop will be at my studio in Seattle. Food, drinks, Gift Bags and an optional dinner out after. I only make it nice for you babe and I canā€™t wait to get this going. MY ANNUAL FALL SESSION DATES ARE UP AND SCHEDULED. // Im hosting a handful of dates for families to have pain free photos taken - let me get you playing, singing, cuddled up and kids not even knowing what hit em when the session wraps and they had fun the entire time (also works on husbands!) We will be shooting at a (new) grassy field, a driftwood beach and a flat north seattle rocky beach as well as one studio session for the families that want to be a bit more dressed up, chicā€¦.and indoors. Im holding these a bit early this year so we get warmer weather and less chance of rain. Packages Include: šŸ† 30 Minute Family Session + 15 minute buffer to get in, get settled and chat.
