Home is Where…
guest curated by @louransmikhail
Exhibition runs October 2 - October 31
Gallery Hours: Sat & Sun, noon-4p

“Home is Where…” pays reverence to the different relationships we each have with the idea of ‘Home’, in physical, spiritual, and emotional realms. Some people have not felt at home in their bodies, around their families, or within their communities; wanderlust for belonging. Is there a safe space, a feeling of calm, a person, that makes you feel at home and gives you the warmth of belonging? I wanted to give a diverse range of artists from Chicago to California, the opportunity to explore their personal bonds with ‘Home’ and present those ideas across varied and creative mediums. They say, “Home is Where…” - Lourans Mikhail
