Andrianto Soedjarwo began his journey with FIN Logistics as a Management Trainee. His journey took him through different roles, responsibilities, and cities. From Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, GM Sales & Marketing, Managing Director, to ultimately becoming President Director & CEO of FIN Logistics in 2024.

Each step brought new experiences, challenges, and opportunities to grow alongside FIN Logistics.

Today, we are proud to celebrate another milestone in that journey, Pak Andri has been recognized as The Best CEO 2025 in the Turnover Rp 300 Billion – Rp 1 Trillion category, presented by SWA. From learning the business as a Management Trainee to leading the company today, his journey reminds us that leadership is built through continuous learning, experience, and growth.

Congratulations to our President Director, Andrianto Soedjarwo, who has been elected as Chairman of Soekarno-Hatta Trade Facilitation Committee (STFC) for the 2025–2028 term. 👏

The election, held on 19 November 2025 at Sheraton Hotel – Soekarno-Hatta Airport, marks the continuation of his leadership in strengthening collaboration among regulators, businesses, and stakeholders within Indonesia’s largest airport ecosystem.
