Brilliant October electronic music open mic event at @otherspacearts Other Space Arts in Windsor.

Thanks to all the artists who performed and those that came along to support/cheer/dance.

All performances were excellent in their own unique way! Highlights for me were @electriccafe.dp Electric Cafe’s guitar playing (in 3D of course… if you know, you know 😉 ), and @tigermendoza Tiger Mendoza’s breakbeats. Plus we even had music driven by barcodes scanned in the room, courtesy of @klaatensound Klaaten Sound, who has coded his own musical tools using Supercolider.

The pic is Space Age Couple kicking off the event, wearing some very unique space-age glasses!👽

@theberkshireemomproject will return on Dec 20th. See you there! 🔊🎹🎤⚡️ by @anduna_j

What a great reason to come along to any electronic music open mic (EMOM) event! This quote from the @weallplaysynth website (very cool, go check it out) it definitely true for me.

Bringing “audio light in a dark world”, @anduna_j takes to @theoakfordsocial stage with uplifting, melodic tracks, when he joins us for XOX LIVE next Thursday (24th September).

Anduna J, one of the monikers of producer Paul Harding, makes vocal dance music to lift the heart, mind and spirit, as skilfully demonstrated on his third album “Higher”, released last month.. Since starting to take music production seriously during lockdown in 2021, he has three albums and two EPs under his musical belt.

He regularly hosts @theberkshireemomproject at OSA in Windsor, and champions grassroots live electronic music at every opportunity, making him a perfect addition to our line-up, alongside @zar.musics , @sebastianreynolds_ , @obrasendub and @mindspikes. Grab your free tickets from the link in bio (and hear more music by the artist on our Spotify Playlist, also on link in bio). taken in Reading, Berkshire by @anduna_j

XOX LIVE is coming to @theoakfordsocial on Thursday 24th September with five superb electronic acts playing live. Headliner @zar.musics has been named an “emerging artist to hear” by DJ Mag, who tipped him as an “exciting prospect in the sphere of electronic composition”. @sebastianreynolds_ is described by 6Music’s Steve Lamacq as “one of my favourite electronic music producers around” and will preview tracks from his upcoming second album “Epiphany”, out in February 2027. @obrasendub mixes deep dubtronica improvisations with samples, synths and beats with hits of Leftfield and Sabres of Paradise in his sound. @mindspikes joins us fresh from her performance at Down At The Abbey 2026, playing electronic music that is both mechanical and deeply emotional, moving freely across genre boundaries. Opener @anduna_j brings “audio light in a dark world” with uplifting, melodic tracks, as skilfully demonstrated on his third album “Higher”, released last month.

Tickets to see all five of these artists, followed by a dj set from Readipop’s @petewheelerpromo (Pulse/Cubed/Twin Sun), are free from the link in our bio. All donations are welcomed to help @readipopcharity to carry out our core work with young people locally.

Music: Zar “Slip”
