A very special Happy Birthday to my son Daniel who turns 40 today! He has become a brilliant singer and musician, and the hardest working man I’ve ever seen! It’s a blessing that I was young enough when my boys were born to have them grow up to be my best friends! Happy Birthday, Daniel! Daddy carry you! by @andy_childs

Pretty cool night at the Pinnacle in Nashville! We were house band for the Tight Ends & Friends concert hosted by George Kittle, Travis Kelce, and Greg Olsen, featuring about 12 top country artists. Lainey Wilson closed the show, but before she left, she brought out special guest Taylor Swift and joined her on Taylor’s hit “Love Story“! taken in The Pinnacle by @andy_childs

The past couple of weeks have been crazy but gratifying…Austin to St Augustine to help raise $3M for St Jude, back home to Nashville to help announce the coming 2030 Super Bowl, then a quick trip to Las Vegas, and headed back home. Grateful for my brothers in Sixwire and our team and crew! COME SEE US FRIDAY NIGHT at @3rdandlindsley in Nashville 8:00pm Showtime! by @andy_childs

My multitalented mom whipping out the jazz flute and schooling some college cats back in the day. It is said that she took a breath and yelled “Hey…AQUALUNG”, and inspired Ian Anderson to give up guitar and start the band ‘Jethro Tull’, featuring flute on everything except of course a song called ’Aqualung’…but I can’t confirm that it actually happened like that. What I can confirm is that she eventually gave up flute and became the most amazing, perfect mother to three grateful sons! Wishing MY mom, and all of YOUR moms a wonderful Mother’s Day! by @andy_childs

I’ve played live every day for the past four days, and am still not done! Gotta say it’s been a blast. Here are some pictures from the weekend so far. Had an awesome show with the #danielchildsband on Friday night at @stormrunnerstavern in Gulfport. So much fun. And then Saturday, had an equally fun #childsduo show with my dad @andy_childs at @hoggdaddyscwb in Clearwater Beach!!

God bless & thanks for your support!

Four years ago today I married my best friend…and the time has flown by faster than any time in my life. Dawn swiftly became the biggest part of my life, and she is an absolute light to my family and friends. I would relive every moment of these past four years over and over if I could…especially our wedding day. I don’t take a single day with her for granted. by @andy_childs

Wonderful weekend in Palm Desert at the Warburton St Jude Celebrity Golf Tournament! I’m humbled to serve on the board of directors with an amazing group of people that make this event happen every year. Great fun playing music with my brothers in Sixwire, and hosting a lineup of a dozen of our favorite music artists, and hanging with some of our actor friends. Most importantly, well over $4M was raised for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital this weekend, bringing the total raised at this event to over $40M since 2011! Thank you Clarke Rheney, and especially Patrick Warburton for allowing us to play a role! taken in JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa by @andy_childs
