We’re so quick to forget and so slow to truly see what’s right in front of us. The life we’re living today once felt distant, almost impossible, something we wished for in quieter moments. We overlook the growth, the resilience, the silent battles that shaped us into who we are now.

There was a version of me who would have been in awe of this moment, who would have seen it as proof that things can change, that effort matters, that becoming is real. I refuse to disconnect from that version of myself, because that is where my hunger was built, where my courage came from.

I never want to forget who I had to be to get here. And at the same time, I know this is not the final version of me. There is still distance to cover, still discipline to build, still truth to face. I am proud, but I am not finished. 🔥 taken in Modesto, California by @andy_nextgen

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from people worth TENS OF MILLIONS is that money can buy you a lot of things, but fulfillment isn’t one of them🚫

Many entrepreneurs spend YEARS chasing money, homes, cars, and all the toys, only to realize after acquiring them that there’s MORE to life ✔️

I once heard 👂

Dumb people don’t learn from their mistakes🤨
Smart people learn from their mistakes🧐
WISE people learn from the mistakes of OTHERS✍🏻

So why wait until we have millions in the bank to learn what those who already have it discovered? 👨🏻‍🏫

True fulfillment comes from GOD, contribution, and using the gifts He blessed us with to be a blessing to OTHERS. 🙏🏼

This doesn’t mean stop chasing your BIG dreams! I’m certainly not stopping! 🚀 📈

It means we can experience fulfillment WHILE building wealth, not just AFTER💡

Serve sooner. Give sooner. Live with your cup FULL sooner 🙌🏻

One of my biggest goals in life is to WIN IN BUSINESS without losing at HOME!💡

Entrepreneurship is HARD! Most people never succeed in building a successful business, and sadly, many of those who do end up sacrificing the very relationships they were working so hard to provide for 🤯

And for those of us who are married, our marriage can easily become collateral damage if we’re not intentional💔

One thing I’ve learned is that NOTHING is more powerful than being aligned with your spouse! 🙌🏻

I want to know what’s in my wife’s HEART 😘@judith.zamoraa

What are her dreams? What experiences does she want to have? What places does she want to visit? What material things would she love to own? What does HER dream life look like? 📝

Because as much as I love building our companies, developing our people, and serving our clients, I also want to make sure my wife is experiencing the rewards of the sacrifices we’re making along the way 🛫🏝️🏡🥂

I don’t want to spend 10–20 years building my dream while putting hers on hold! 🙅🏻‍♂️

That’s why I’m intentional about having goals and rewards for BOTH of us. Quarter after quarter, year after year, checking things off OUR bucket list. ✈️

Some rewards are material, others are experiences and memories we’ll cherish forever. It’s not always about spending more money. It’s about making sure we’re both enjoying the journey🤜🏼🤛🏼

My encouragement to all my fellow entrepreneurs who are married: DO YOUR HOMEWORK! 📝

Find out what’s in your spouse’s heart. Don’t assume you know. ASK‼️

Make sure they understand what you’re building, WHY you’re building it, and most importantly, how their dreams fit into the vision❗️

And then be intentional about making those dreams a reality TOGETHER❤️

Because what good is building an incredible business if you lose the person you wanted to enjoy it with?

The goal isn’t just to build a successful business. It’s to build a successful LIFE🦾

Most people work their BUTTS OFF, sacrifice weekends, miss family gatherings, and grind early mornings and late evenings for YEARS… but ask them WHAT they’re working toward and WHY, and they can’t give you a clear answer 🤯

Hector taught me something powerful 💡Get crystal clear clarity on WHAT you want and WHY you want it Especially with your spouse and nothing anyone ever says can sway you from what you already took the time to get clear on 🙌🏻

Want the vacation property? Go stay in one!🏙️

The last thing you want is to get to the point where you can finally afford the things you thought you wanted and once you get there it’s nothing like you imagined, nor does it feel the way you thought it would! 😳 So many years mismanaged! Maybe even WASTED all because you didn’t do the homework beforehand 🫢

When you and your spouse are aligned on what you’re building and WHY, the sacrifices become purposeful, outside opinions lose their power, and you can pay the price with a SMILE! 💪🏼

Misery is not knowing what you want and working your butt off to get it 👊🏼 Don’t be like I was before learning this lesson 😌

Don’t just work hard. Know exactly what you’re working FOR! 🎯

One of Steve Jobs’ biggest lessons from building Apple was that he wished he had invested more into his people and taken a longer-term view on developing them💡

That one hit home 🔥

I’ve spent the last 6–7 years developing relationships with many of the leaders on our team. Today, that trust allows me to spend close to 90% of my time working ON the business instead of IN it 😌

But that freedom required a lot of patience and long term vision ⏳

At some point as an entrepreneur, you realize doing everything yourself is neither sustainable nor enjoyable. So you start leaning on people 🤝

And when you do, understand this

You’re not just hiring people. You’re signing up to coach them 👨🏻‍🏫

They’ll make mistakes.
They’ll need accountability.
They’ll need development.
And developing them becomes part of your job as a leader ✔️

Three things I keep in mind when bringing someone onto our team 3️⃣

1. Personality alignment Do our values and personalities work together?
2. Accountability Am I comfortable having hard conversations with this person?
3. Coachability Am I willing to coach them, and are they willing to be coached?

I’ve invested over $500,000 in the last 6 years learning from some of the best mentors I could get access to Patrick Bet-David, Keith Cunningham, Alex Hormozi, Tommy Mello, and now Ryan Blair 👨🏻‍🏫

Safe to say, I’M NOT PLAYING with this business stuff 😠

I followed the traditional school route like my parents advised, but before starting my teaching career, I knew a “good job” wasn’t going to create the life I felt God placed in my heart or change my family’s financial trajectory 😔

All my life I really disliked the idea of settling, se agradesido, el dinero no lo es todo! No madres, I wanted my family not to have to struggle for money 😡 Sales and entrepreneurship became my vehicle 🙌🏻

Then I learned that growing beyond what your own two hands can produce requires an entirely different level of knowledge 🤕

That’s when I learned to value the right information more than money. The right mentor can save you years of mistakes, compress time, and help you become the person capable of reaching the next level 💡

So for the last 6-8 years, I’ve obsessed over learning, growing, and constantly reinventing myself 🧠

Now one of my greatest fulfillments is pouring those lessons back into our team 👨🏻‍🏫

Not just to help them sell more but to THINK bigger 📈 and to focus on building wealth🏠🏡🏘️🏢

That’s why I’m especially proud that many of our top producers don’t stop at becoming great salespeople. They take that income and become real estate investors, growing portfolios and turning commissions into assets that can build long-term wealth 🙌🏻
