Hey guys! We’re headlining a festival!

The good people of @marigoldfestival asked us to come play (but no one tell them that we aren’t famous, okay?) and we couldn’t be more excited! If you’re near the Athens area, hop on over to Winterville on Saturday, May 9 for the cutest little festival in Georgia. Bring your friends. Bring your kids. Happy Friday! We are excited to celebrate release of our annual Holiday single. This year, Mandy wrote a classic Christmas duet about missing the one you love most when you aren’t together on Christmas, but for her, the one she loves most is her little dog, Buckley. We almost lost him last week to pneumonia and kidney disease, but he made a miraculous recovery and is back to running, smiling, cuddling, and being naughty…though we have a feeling he’s still on Santa’s Nice List this year. Thanks to the @mars_theatre for letting him perform with us last weekend. Link’s in our bio to listen to “Mistletoe and You”, and don’t forget to hug your dog!

Athens, we’re coming to you this Sunday, Dec. 12 at @hendershots_ from 1-3pm. We’ll be posting the rest of our dates tomorrow for our last week of Hard Candy Christmas 2025!

Buck Reunion Ep. 1 in the bag! I can’t thank everyone who attended or helped me put this together enough. After expenses, we raised a little over $1,300 which helped pay for Buck’s echocardiogram this week and his visit to the specialist in a couple of weeks.

Big thanks to @afariestale and @marleoneva for hosting the event, @andrewsovine for doing the production and sound, @savannahmusicfestival for the stage, @misscmagana for set up and running merch, @bohymn for bartending, @chazitoslatincuisine for keeping us fed, @gregsimpson522 for bringing the coolers and cornhole, @care.rose for her incredible illustration and design, the bands and musicians for donating their time (@fauvelyyy, @beroberoband, @bmah, @hockyrutchins, @savannaharchitect, @revbrodiddley @divad_divad_divad), everyone who donated beverages, and the ponies for attending.

The turnout and reception was amazing, and to everyone who said “we should do this again next year”, I can’t predict the future, but I’d love to honor Buckley every year of my life whether he’s here or not and help someone else in need. We still have bandanas for sale and you can Venmo me $25 @mandymadson if you want one ($30 to ship). I hope I can repay you all one day epically for this kindness. I know I could’ve done a gofundme, but I wanted to give my community something in return. It’s a festival, for the one and only Buckley Tenenbaum!

A little less than a year ago, Anna and I sat and watched @bmah play at @willienelsonofficial’s @luckreunion with @futurebirds and she said “you should have a festival for Buckley and call it Buck Reunion.” And an idea was born.

I didn’t know then that in the next year, I would stop traveling and spend over $10,000 on Buckley and every penny has been worth it. But Buckley still has a respiratory infection we can’t fight off because of his kidneys and as my car is on its last leg and my HVAC just went out again last night, I’m starting to crumble under the piles of debt. I hate asking for this kind of help. It feedl gross and I know I can do a gofundme and maybe I should, but I also love community and a reason to have whimsy.

This coming Sunday, March 1 from 2-6pm, the lovely @afariestale was kind enough to lend me his yard to throw Buck Reunion in Buck’s favorite place, Roberds Dairy Farm.

My wonderful friends have offered to play to have an amazing lineup, including our inspo and neighbor @bmah to headline. B. Miles will host his own jam band for the first time, and we also have @fauvelyyy and @beroberoband playing in addition to @andyandmandyband.

Well behaved dogs on leashes and kids off leashes are welcome to join. And yes, Buckley will be dressed as Willie Nelson.

If you’d like to sell art, help with food/drinks, or even just contribute if you can’t be there, send me a message. This is about community, family, joy, and keeping our miracle boy, Buckley alive as long as he wants to be here.

Is the heartbreak already starting to set in as the holiday looms over us? It’s okay. We have your back and your front. Andy and Mandy’s Heartbreak Happy Hour is back to distract you from your sadness this Valentine’s Day season (and yes the condoms are back again this year!)

We’ll be at @overyondersav this coming Thursday from 7-10pm with a very special guest, @wileyg who is gonna be fresh from releasing his new hit “IDGAF”, the most fitting song we could imagine for this event.

ON ACTUAL Valentine’s Day, Mandy’s gonna bringing Heartbreak Happy Hour to Western NC to our friends @edas_hide_a_way in Weaverville from 8-11 as well as bringing back her favorite galentine @nancydruidmusic for her HHH return! No Andy at this show because what’s Valentine’s Day without disappointment from a man? (We’re kidding. We can’t fire Andrew since his name is in the band.) But there will be no shortage of sassy, sad songs to make the tears flow and the booze taste better.

Saddle up, you sad sacks. It’s time for Heartbreak Happy Hour!

What a week of paying homage to our Queen @dollyparton and celebrating her 80th birthday. We are so humbled that so many people wanted to celebrate with us and that the Fire Marshall was not called on our @overyondersav show.

We just want to take a moment to thank everyone who was involved, big or small. @mars_theatre, @kaces_kitchen_creations, @overyondersav, @beroberoband, @care.rose, @silk_punk, @ladyvonluft, @ejreports, @dancewithshindigs, @susannadyarkennedy, @aubriecies, @jackson.carterx, @babysturgeon, @igorfiksman @dylanpuckett, @doctorwhoudini, @susannadyarkennedy @jalenreyesband, @marcchesanow, @andrewsovine, but mostly YOU for coming!!
This was a huge undertaking and we couldn’t have done it without our friends who wanted to help make Mandy’s dream come true especially while she had strep. I hope we can do this again…but without sickness.

Can’t do Dolly’s career justice without mentioning a few of her bosom buddies and we are so excited to feature our own talented pals @susannadyarkennedy and @beroberoband’s Veronica Garcia-Melendez on both shows to play the parts of Dolly’s female collaborators over the years including the Trio and Honky Tonk Angels albums!

Tomorrow we are kicking off Dolly’s birthday weekend at the @mars_theatre at 7pm. There will be a Dolly Look-Alike Contest judged by yours truly and tons of other surprises.

On Tuesday, we will be at our home of @overyondersav from 7-10pm. We will start the night off with Dolly line dancing with our friends @dancewithshindigs and then music at 8pm. We will also have baked goods and Dolly caricatures by our Macon friend @ctmiracles, our own a Dolly Lookalike Contest, and another big surprise performance for you. As Dolly said, I can’t do nothing just a little, so I hope you’re ready for big!

Well Hot Dang, Y’all! We’re bringing you a Holly Dolly Christmas present by announcing our next endeavor…ANDY & MANDY’S BIG DANG DOLLY BAND! The Queen mother herself is turning 80 next month and we are going to be celebrating with a series of shows.

First off, @mars_theatre on Saturday, January 17th at 7pm. They’re celebrating her birthday the entire weekend with showings of 9 to 5 and Steel Magnolias, as well as our tribute band.

Then on Dolly’s birthday, we will be at our home of @overyondersav on Tuesday, January 20 from 7-10pm. We will also have baked goods and Dolly caricatures by our Macon friend @ctmiracles, special featured performers like @susannadyarkennedy and @beroberoband’s Veronica Garcia Melendez, our own a Dolly Lookalike Contest, and another big surprise performance for you.

Just a little over one week left of Hard Candy before Santa’s big day, starting tomorrow at @hendershots_ in Athens from 1-3pm.

Thursday, we return for our fourth annual show at our home @overyondersav. This is your only chance to sit on Dolly’s knee and tell her your Christmas wish. This year’s featured performers will be @friday.night.duncan, @aubriecies, and @justinvreeland_music! We’ll be there from 7-10pm.
