Being intentional about really slowing down, to really notice the beauty that’s been there all along.

The ordinary moments, the laughter, the quiet mornings, the people I love, the privilege of simply being here.

Sometimes it takes a moment that completely shakes you, life flashing before your eyes, to remind you how precious this life truly is, it changes the way you see everything.

I don’t want to rush through moments I’ll never get back, life is too precious to be consumed by the small things. I’ll choose gratitude and soak up the small moments, celebrating the ordinary, appreciating the blessings around me because one day we’ll realise those were the extraordinary moments all along. by @andykoll_

HYROX CAPE TOWN 2026 🦾

6 months ago I couldn’t even do ONE push-up, and look at me now, out here finishing my first HYROX.
Honestly, who is she?! ❤️‍🔥

If you know me, you’d know that the fitness lifestyle has never appealed to me, I always thought I was too busy and honestly “fine” just the way I was. Until I started really noticing how unfit and lazy I was becoming especially when playing and interacting with my boys.

This is Proof that a little consistency, a lot of sweat, and refusing to give up can take you places you never imagined. So so proud of this version of me.

To the best partner @nicolakerrylegg thank you for the constant push, the motivation, and for believing in me even when I didn’t 🤍
