been fortunate enough to go to a lot of concerts and festivals, but this weekend was something else. Coachella has always carried hype and I’ve had friends going for years, but I had never experienced it myself and now I get it, it’s worth all the hype and then some. Between the music, the friends, and the dancing, it felt like exactly where I was meant to be. Listening to The xx as a teenager, I had no idea their music would become part of my life’s soundtrack, and seeing them again like that felt surreal, full circle in a way I didn’t expect. It reminded me I’m in a good place now, the kind where you realize you’re already in the winners circle because you’re rich in friends, family, and community 🌴 #coachella by @andylandy408

Last week I celebrated what has now become the best birthday I’ve ever had. Surrounded by the coolest people I’ve ever met (aka you), good food, and even better drinks. My heart is really full from all the birthday messages, love, and well wishes. Growing up has taught me not to take the simple things in life for granted, like spending a day at the park with your closest friends 🌴 31 was my best year yet.
