Welcome to “Meet the Team”. We put the same questions to every member of the crew to learn a little more about the people behind the jumps, the events, and the smouldering headshots.

Next up… @andyplisko.evor

Name - Andrew Plisko
Years in the sport - 14
Number of jumps - 8000+
Home DZ - Paraclete XP
Green flag on the DZ - Instructors who talk with their students on personal levels getting to know them. Sharing stories and life experiences with each other during training.
Red flag on the DZ - I can’t say there is a specific major red flag that pops to mind. No one is perfect to include myself and we all make mistakes. We should strive to make new mistakes and not repeat old ones and Windmiller would say.
Pass time off the DZ - Spending time with my family on my days off when not traveling is big. I enjoy sitting in the back yard with my Misses relaxing in the pool. Doing activities with all the kids like laser tag or even getting pedicures with my daughters (#girldad #dontjudgeme). When traveling with the homies… hiking, kiting and exploring the outdoors of the location we are in. taken in Skydive Paraclete XP by @andyplisko.evor

Operation VK was never meant to stand still.

Two years ago, we launched something powerful, an event that brought together some of the sport’s most accomplished canopy pilots, and showed what was possible at the highest level of flocking.

But progression doesn’t follow a single path.

Operation VK: Dynamic Flow continues the mission - by creating space. Space for newer pilots who’ve trained hard, lifted each other up, and evolved their skills. Space for new voices, new styles, and a new chapter.

Because this isn’t just about performance.
It’s about growth.

This is how Day One looked, and it only gets better from here. 👀
