I have a chequered history with food, body image and general mental health fuckery. My brain took a nosedive during the lockdowns, to the point that I haven’t shared anything on social media in years. So, I’m posting this as a reminder to my future self that this week, for the first time in a very, very long time, I looked in the mirror and didn’t hate my reflection. Still screwed in the head but that’s a work in progress 😉 by @andyrou

Scented soaps are an ‘old world’ treat I shall never tire of… the waxed paper, delicate perfume and creamy lather bring a touch of luxury to everyday bathing. Thank you @stephan_matthews for this wonderful gift. My Christmas baths will be extra special this year!
