It’s been so hot here in the south. This was by far my favorite way to cool off and get some relief. Didn’t see any sharks this time 🦈 by @andys_yard

The trip out west was a blast. I had two favorite things. One of the being an early morning hike through the Narrows in Zion. No crowds, comfortable temperatures, and an awesome experience. We went to the end of ‘Wall Street’ for those familiar with the trail. I’m glad we got waders too. It made it so much easier to stay warm in the water when starting that early. Zion never dissapoints! #zionnationalpark #thenarrows by @andys_yard

Exploring Whitepocket and sleeping in a tent there was the most ambitious part of our trip. I’d been there previously and knew how challenging it was to get there. ~34 miles of dirt roads one way, with the last 5 miles being deep rutted beach sand and only wide enough for one vehicle. The area is extremely remote with no cell coverage. Anything going wrong out there would suuuck. So I packed extra just incase we got stuck. Luckily my rental was a 4WD truck, but I still clinched my checks for much of the drive. Thankfully we got in and out of there without major issues, but sleeping there was awful. Once the sun went down the winds were consistently gusting up to 40mph, and occasionally felt scary. At one point the tent was folded on top of us like a blanket with the wind pinning it down on us. I contemplated driving out of there every 10 minutes for the entire night but felt it was risky without good lighting. I couldn’t sleep at all. I don’t think I could convince Amanda to go again, but I still think Whitepocket is super pretty, especially during sunset. It’s got some of the most unique rock formations I’ve seen. #whitepocket by @andys_yard

Antelope Canyon was even more touristy than I expected, but I couldn’t resist the chance to go since it’s been on my bucket list for song long. The sunlight beaming down into the canyon is incredible. Lighting changes constantly as you walk through the canyon walls. Glad I made it to this spot. #antelopecanyon #travel #desert by @andys_yard

Almost broke my neck on this one. My back and sternum hurt but I don’t think I broke anything. I’ve been wanting to land a backflip on my snowboard for over 25 years, and I was close earlier today but I just couldn’t get the speed especially as it warmed up. My last attempt of the day is sre things went very wrong. I’m so thankful it wasn’t worse. by @andys_yard

Had an awesome time with the extended family in Belize last week. Lots of swim time and pampering all week, complete with a private chef and housekeepers. Thank you Marcel and Janice for making this entire trip possible and allowing us to make new memories for the whole family!

One of my favorites was when we went snorkeling off Moho Island and Amanda was crushing it while us guys were burping up seawater every 5 seconds trying not to drown. Eventually we all got the hang of it and could enjoy all the fish and reef. by @andys_yard
