FOR LEASE | 303 Windward Ave. | Offered at $17,500/month Excited to bring this one to market: an architectural custom compound in the heart of Venice, just off Abbot Kinney and seconds from the sand. 🌴✨ Designed by Robert Thibodeau of DU Architects and completed in 2020, this is curated luxury in one of LA's most creative neighborhoods. The front residence of a soulful duplex, it was built with a rare dedication to craft, and every detail shows it. The main level is bathed in natural light, anchored by soaring two-story windows and an epicurean chef's kitchen. The materials are what set it apart: solid oak herringbone hardwood floors, Portola Roman Clay Gypsum walls with an artisanal glow, and warm cedar ceilings that carry through the home. Every fixture, from the hardware to the designer lighting to the Ann Sacks tilework, was hand-selected. Upstairs holds two spacious bedrooms and a flexible loft/den. The entire third floor is dedicated to an expansive primary retreat, complete with a private cedar sauna and a sun deck with serene views. A large two-car garage and generous exterior space complete the offering. This is more than a home. It's a premier Venice lifestyle offering with design and versatility you won't find anywhere else. JUST SOLD! πŸŽ‰ | Sold price: $915,000 Extremely pleased to share this sale for my amazing clients! This was an unexpected one. With only a few weeks to go before their lease was up, my buyers were under real pressure to find a new home. From the moment they told me what they needed, I already had a place in mind. This gorgeous two-story condo in Koreatown turned out to be exactly the right fit, and the rest was history. Beyond finding the right home on a tight timeline, we were also able to negotiate the purchase price down from $940,000 to $915,000, saving my clients $25,000 and making sure they walked away with real value on top of a home they love. What makes this one special? A rarely available layout that lives like a private home, not a traditional condo. Two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and its own en-suite bathroom upstairs, a flexible den on the main level perfect for a home office, a private patio, in-unit laundry, and tandem parking, all in one of Los Angeles' most central and walkable neighborhoods. Moments from the best of Koreatown, yet tucked into a quiet, well-maintained building near Hancock Park. Whether you have weeks or months, finding the right home starts with the right agent. If you or someone you know is looking to buy or lease in Los Angeles, reach out and let's make it happen. 3715 San Marino St., #105, Los Angeles, CA, 90019 - Sold Price: $915,000 - 2 BED | 2.5 BATH | 1795 sqft - Buyer Representation by @andytaestates | Coldwell Banker Realty by @andytaestates
