Miami

I’ll look back at our trip to Miami and remember how absolutely insane this place was but also how beautiful and peaceful it was at the same time. Definitely a trip to remember and so incredibly grateful to have checked off another destination with my love @rhea_reyes

that one time in nyc…

An all time day! Exactly how I envisioned my first real fishing trip to be like. On a boat at the mouth of the Columbia in Astoria, OR fishing for some salmon. 🎣

We ended up taking home 9 salmon. One being our only Chinook that @rhea_reyes caught! A real battle she went through to reel it in. Ended up being our biggest catch of the day. So proud of her! 🥲😍

Brunch hits different when the kitchen comes with mountain views.

Episode 21 of Home Cooking takes us to 3046 SW Fairmount Blvd in Healy Heights, where I’m making shakshuka with fresh roma, cherry, and heirloom tomatoes, red bell pepper, eggs, feta, parsley, and toasted bread for scooping.

A Midsummer Night’s Cream at 6300 SW Shakespeare St in Lake Oswego. I made Pasta al limone con pollo with flour pan fried chicken thighs so the lemon cream sauce clings to every bite, and since Italian lemons are not around right now, I used Meyer lemons for that sweeter, floral finish.
