Finished. 👩🏾‍🎓I finished the assignment and I finished it with honors.

I finished when I was stressed. I finished when I was unsure. I finished when I was exhausted. I finished when I was grieving. I finished what I started and it was by God’s grace.

I kept going.
Not because it was easy.
Not because I always felt motivated.
But because I refused to quit on the assignment God placed in my heart.

This degree represents more than exams, assignments, and 20 page papers. It represents sacrifice, perseverance, faith, growth, and choosing to keep moving forward even when the finish line felt far away.

To my husband, my people, my tribe…THANK YOU!

POV: I decided to become the kind of person that grows her own food. 🌱😂

This past Saturday was officially day one of my vegetable garden journey and honestly… I already get why people love this. Something about being outside, planting tiny seeds, and imagining what they’ll become feels so grounding.

Now whether this turns into a peaceful little harvest season or me fighting for my life against bugs, the weather, and my own inexperience… we’re about to find out together. 🙃

Current lineup: potatoes, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, turnips, cilantro, basil, and much prayer.

Stay tuned for the “I grew this myself” content because if this works, I might never shut up about it. 🤷🏾‍♀️🌿
