didn’t think we’d get here so quick but here we are…
Since we were kindergarteners running around with oversized sticks, we somehow made it here. There’s something really special about growing up with the same group of people and watching everyone become who they are today. But there’s something even more special about doing it with this group of girls specifically.
Through the passed 12 years i’ve gained so much more than a love for the game. I got friendships, memories, laughter, lessons, and people who became family. From every practice and game to all the moments in between, i’m beyond blessed to have been a part of it all. Thank you to Coach Grossman, Fern, Rivera, and Ali for always believing in me even when it was hard for me to believe in myself.
Thank you Longwood lacrosse for it all but most importantly thanks for giving me best friends. It sucks knowing this chapter is over, but I’m beyond grateful it happened. Forever thankful for this team, and forever proud to be a Lion. how lucky are we? #seasoning #barfight #28out by @ang.hauser
