"To be comfortable in the light, you have to experience the dark" - Angelica Farrugia

Angelica is a former journalist and newscaster with a lifelong passion for the arts. After enduring 13 years of abuse, she is reclaiming her voice, and rebuilding her career doing what she loves most.

Through her journey, she hopes to raise awareness about mental health and inspire others to seek support and never lose hope.

Her story is a powerful reminder that even the most painful experiences can lead to new beginnings. Her past does not define her, but her courage to rise above it does.

ad | got invited to Le Petit Chef at @aduramalta yesterday and it was quite the culinary experience! 😍

A tiny chef, a dark room, and a 3D dinner show full of delicious little surprises 🍴

I’m really happy I got to try this unique experience locally! A little dark, a little theatrical, and definitely a night to remember. 🕯️
