Yesterday I spoke at my district’s ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools school board meeting to discuss the inequity of aquatics and swim safety between my students and their peers from the other middle schools in the SAME district. Please watch, share, and bring attention to this important issue to push for a refurbished and refilled pool at North View. 💙🖤 by @ang__darling

After 10 years in my school district, the chapter has come to an end. What’s next? I don’t know. Over the past two weeks, Evie and I have been enjoying our road trip: 2,429 miles of so many memories. I am processing a lot—and I want to share more of how much I loved teaching at my school, and the legacy I left—but for now, I’m just living life. 💫⭐️☀️⚡️🌙 taken in Atlantic Beach NC by @ang__darling

♻️🔥🌊 Climate Change is real! We have to protect our oceans! Major wake-up call to everyone who has never checked their carbon footprint— just because you don’t live by the ocean doesn’t mean you don’t affect it (positively or negatively, intentionally or not). The #canadianwildfires are worsening every summer—this is a direct result of our oceans temperatures increasing and #globalwarming. 🔒LET’S LOCK IN YALL!🗝️

I’ve poured my entire soul and then some into thousands of kids.

Change is so hard when your dedication and advocacy goes unnoticed and unsupported. I’m sick knowing that I have to be the one to walk away from the program I built.

Always release what does not serve you.

Somebody told me to stop knocking on closed doors— it’s hard! But people will always show you exactly who they are—believe them— and remember that “personal accountability requires mindfulness, acceptance, honesty, and courage.” This goes a long way.

Something good HAS to be coming.

release what no longer serves you
set intentions x1,000
manifest what belongs to you
