Just a great grandmother and great grand daughter thinking the world outside of them doesn’t exist 😂😭🙄🥹
The greatest thing about Ba Noi is not just that she’s helped raised all 4 of us siblings and now also Maia, but she’s been through everything that you could go through in life! Poverty, loss, sacrifice, prison (of the post war random putting people in prison variety) etc etc yet still is one of the most joyful (and fit) people I know. We love her and so does Maia. She’ll probably outlive me at this point

Said I was one and done after my first one and now I’m two and done. I’m that sad sister that would actually do anything to have her younger brother hang out with her… even if that means doing a marathon. My why from the start was to be able to do this with my brother, when he said he was signing up I heard “will you do this with me” but I’m sure what he said was “I’m signing up for my own personal challenge”. Apparently less than 1% of the worlds population have done a marathon and I’m sure even less of that get to do it with family. Yes, I’m unhealthily obsessed with them (my family… not marathons)

A true core memory experience. Thank you to all of the volunteers and spectators at @goldcoastmarathon who made it what it was for all the runners! A cherry on top that I actually WON (in a 8400th ish position).

I never had a goal time because it was always about a good time and a memorable time with @nicholasroann who was forced to hang out with me 🫶🏼

Proper race recap to come but in the mean time, enjoy a random 19min PB and some good vibes with the people I love by @ang_foot

If Ba Noi can get to 91 and move like this cause of this morning routine, surely I can run for 4 and a half hours

Was actually 150 reps or so of her gaslighting me and telling me I was doing everything wrong
Anyway good luck to everyone tomorrow at @goldcoastmarathon! This girl is here for a long time and a good time (cause she doesn’t do fast running) by @ang_foot
