This exceptional residence set a record as the highest-priced single-family home ever sold in Closter—and we’re proud to have contributed to the home with a custom kitchen and closets by Modiani.

At this level, luxury is found in the details: refined materials, precise proportions, thoughtful functionality, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Because in a residence of this caliber, nothing is incidental.

Every surface. Every line. Every detail.

And at the heart of it all, the kitchen.

Took me two weeks to post..
I wasn’t sure if I would add anything to be honest.
Just kind of wanting to keep the memory to me.. but then I remembered all the memories I look at through the years and thought.. I want to relive this one infinity. I want it to show up when I least expect it.

It was beautiful, the college drop off. It was everything I thought it would be. The day was almost magical, we were on time, family together in proper gear, car loaded like a puzzle or a winning game of Jenga..
Tools organized, bags pretty and full of lovely treats to make a beautiful home for our beautiful child.. I was ready, I was prepared. We worked as a team and created a sanctuary that would now house our child who lived under our roof since birth.
I was scared. In denial actually.
The hug goodbye was different. But I knew, she was ready. I knew that she was destined for great.

The joy and sadness of sending your baby out into the world is unexplainable. But I know she will be the shining light for all around her. The one who would make a difference.
You my beautiful daughter, have it.
The package that will care for others around you and not take shit. The one who will lead and not take center if it belongs to another. You will define what loyalty looks like and pave a road for a generation…
and I will be watching proudly, I will be there when you shine, there when you fall, there when you are unsure and there for whatever in the world you may ever need.
But today, now, at this time, this is your journey.. and I will be front and center as your biggest fan..
I love you, yesterday, tomorrow and always,
Mommy
