Yesterday’s class was 🔥🔥🔥

I was feeling under the weather, but y’all brought the energy and gave me such a boost! 🫶🏽

It made me realize how much this group has grown since we started in January. From being quiet, shy, and unsure of the choreography to letting loose, having fun, and dancing like they OWN the room! 🥹🙌🏽 Watching that confidence grow means so much to me.

Thank you to everybody who showed up, showed out, and burned those calories with me! Can’t wait to do it again! 💃🏽🔥

Whew! What can I say? My girls, my guys, my people… y’all showed up, showed out, and made me feel so loved. 💙💙💙 Getting to share my passion with such amazing people is exactly why I started this journey.

How blessed am I? To be able to spend my birthday with the 1️⃣ I love in the most beautiful place ever? One more year on this earth, one year and a few months married, and coming to see a beautiful marriage and spend time with my new extended family has been the best experience ever!
