Carla, I’m in tears, in shock, and completely heartbroken by your passing. I still can’t believe it.

The first time I met you was at the ZOMBIES 3 premiere, and I’ll never forget your beautiful smile. I remember you sitting next to me, sharing all the behind the scenes stories and making me laugh the entire night.
I remember leaving the premiere thinking about how someone so incredibly talented could also be so down to earth, genuine, and sweet.

Rest peacefully, and save a spot for me in acting class up there. 🤍 I’m sure when my time comes, you’ll still be giving me pointers, telling me your funny stories, and making me laugh so hard they’ll still have to hush us.

I pray for you and your family. May God hold you close and surround your family with love, strength, and comfort during this heartbreaking time.

You’ll forever have a place in my heart and in the hearts of the thousands of little girls you inspired and positively impacted by sharing your beautiful gift with the world.
