Thanks all for the birthday wishes, calls, texts and Dms ! As I reflect on this next chapter I’m sharing some words of wisdom.
With “The Things Time Taught me”

1. Love yourself Unconditionally- no one will ever love you more than yourself!

2. Do That Thing You’ve been Thinking About- You should alway know the know the end of story nothing is worse than asking What if?

3 . Be Kind to Other.. Unless your Boundaries are being compromised.- It’s okay to not give access to those who are unkind to you!

4. Self-Care All day, Baby! - my biggest fear is not taking care of myself and being ran ragged and then getting cancer.

5. Pour Into Relationships that Pour into you- everyone is not your friend some are just really nice acquaintances and that’s okay!

6. Trust Your Instincts - You will know yourself best!

7. Be Consistent- Everytime I was consistent it paid off!

8. Not all advice is good advice- some people just be talking to talk or trying to put you down!

Oh hi 👋🏾 it’s me again basking from my 3-day cloud nine! I think it’s amazing to know something that I started this year has grown to a community of folks who appreciate my vision.

I told @playfessionals on Thursday night I’m from this city and it’s my legacy to contribute to it wholeheartedly!

@_chef_toya and I weren’t messing around because we come from a long line of hustlers and beautiful authentic women who make magic in the kitchen.

Adding wine to that magic was for the culture!

Anyways I can’t thank folks enough for coming out on Thursday to see our curated experience! We love you and appreciate you! ❤️
