For our 3rd birthday, we did something different🧠

We hosted our first ever mental health panel and we brought together @lockymusic_ @sebzito @manlikerossko & @jelsenmusic - artists who are seriously smashing it right now - but instead of just celebrating the music, we went deeper.

We opened up a real conversation around mental health in the scene. The highs, the pressures, the parts people don’t always see.

Because behind every set, every track, every moment… there’s a human being.

It’s World Mental Health Day, and myself & @frankwhiz1 l surprised called 12 of our mates people we value and trust and can open up to just to show some love and appreciation🫂

Every day, 12 men take their own life, and as we move into the colder months, those numbers sadly rise. Let this be your reminder to reach out, open up, and check in on your mates🫂🧠

If you’re feeling low, call a friend or talk to someone you trust. There’s always someone ready to listen and be there for you🧠

Marathon 2025😎

Tears blood and sweat went into yesterday, easily the best and hardest day of my life. From having daily battles with my own mental health to running 26.2 miles for those who are also struggling is a crazy feeling. Still on cloud 9 from everything I achieved yesterday it still don’t feel real. Beyond grateful to all my people who helped me get through yesterday from the messages to the donations and people who took the time to see me❤️ Never thought I’d make it this far but to say I’ve run the marathon is nuts and now raised 36.5k for mind is some achievement. From the pre marathon party to the build up to even a small conversation on mental health I appreciate everyone who’s been on this journey with me. It’s you vs you in this life so you’ve gotta make sure you look after your mental health. Let’s not wait until another suicide before we start doing something👊🏾
