Meet your next 20 Under 40 honoree, Sierra Mullan!

Sierra is the founder of Youth Empowerment in Action, a nonprofit built on a simple belief — teens shouldn't be defined by what they lack, but empowered by the strengths they already have.

What started as a single brainstorming session with six teens has grown into a movement giving San Angelo teens a place to belong, be supported, and thrive as who they are.

Nicole is an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Counseling Psychology programs at Angelo State University, where she's built a reputation as a mentor who shows up for students long after graduation.

Beyond the classroom, she leads the Concho Valley Q Center and has served with Luna Support Services, creating spaces where people feel valued, comfortable, and free to be themselves.

🌱 Hope has sprouted in San Angelo!

Recovery & Revival Connection has officially cut the ribbon their new sober living home and recovery program: The Ranch!

The Ranch provides safe housing, structure, and community for local men rebuilding their lives after addiction. This celebration marks their official opening and the start of a new chapter in our community.
