POV: You came for a gentle Pilates flow, but somehow started sweating from the very first move. 🥵

Tried Refine Class, the signature hot mat Pilates at The Ruby Room, and honestly, I still don’t know why I was sweating that much. The room wasn’t the hottest I’ve experienced, and the movements weren’t even that spicy. 😂

What I loved was how it stayed true to classical Pilates principles: breath, control, precision, and flow, rather than just chasing the burn. Plus, the studio is so clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, with a BASI-certified instructor leading the class.

A different kind of hot workout, and one I’d definitely try again. 🤍

Somewhere in the mountains of Shangri-La, in the ancient Bala Village, I found myself doing something I never thought I’d do. Trying to ride a white yak 🐂🤍

Yaks have long been an important part of Tibetan life, and white yaks carry special spiritual symbolism in some Tibetan traditions. So this wasn’t just a random animal encounter, but a little glimpse into the local culture, too.

A little nervous, a lot excited, and definitely not an everyday kind of memory. Shangri-La, you’re something else.

Maybe the most memorable views are the ones we never planned to see.

Before reaching Tiger Leaping Gorge, we pulled over by the roadside for a moment, just a bridge, a river, and mountains quietly doing their thing.

Funny how sometimes, the places you don’t plan to stop at become part of the memories you keep.

Turns out, I didn't need more bags. I just needed the right one 🎾👜

I used to bring 3-4 bags to padel. One for my racket, clothes, essentials, and sometimes another one just for my laptop when I had work after.

Now, I just grab my Java Jones padel bag and go. It fits my laptop, change of clothes, towel, shower essentials, tumbler, padel balls, and even 2 rackets. Plus, the compartments make it so much easier to keep everything organized.

Spacious, strong, and still stylish enough to take from the court to wherever the day goes.

One bag. More room for the day.

Somewhere in the middle of Kunming’s busy streets, I found myself standing in front of the Golden Horse & Jade Rooster Archways, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

What I loved most wasn’t just the beautiful architecture, but the contrast around it: centuries-old symbols standing quietly while Yunnan life keeps moving, cars passing, people rushing, streets buzzing.

Maybe that’s what travelling is about. Finding little moments of stillness in the middle of somewhere completely unfamiliar.

I think the sound of this waterfall is something I'll remember long after this trip. 💙

Blue Moon Valley feels almost unreal, with its turquoise water flowing through the mountains and every corner looking like a painting. Standing here reminded me that some places don't need words, they just make you pause and take it all in.

Standing beneath the Millennium Bodhi Tree in Shangri-La, I was captivated by one incredible detail: branches that seem to grow straight out of the trunk, stretching outward like Buddha's hand.
