Each show prep is so different, different lessons, different goals, different trials and tribulations.
This prep has really shown me how blessed I truly am! I have a strong group of women and our wonderful coach @frank_mercuri5 behind me every second of the journey! I have to give a special thank you to the beautiful @ifbbpro_antoinette and her husband! @ifbbpro_antoinette has supported me in and out of the gym, she shows up for me in ways I never knew someone would, and always leading with a graceful welcoming heart! She has forever change my life that has bled into my family making lifestyle changes as a result of my developing passion! I am and will be forever grateful! People will say this is a selfish sport and that’s usually because they’ve never done it! It took a village to get me on stage from body work with @bodyworks_by_dre and @totalbodytherapyandwellness , to my gorgeous suit by @illusionsbyaggie and the countless crash outs with my sisters @arribaray_ @brooklyn.baray @miapia3237 @toni_lala1, the workouts with my @ironwarriors2023 and @tony_lopez93 for bearing through the constant struggles of prep no one sees along the way! I am so great for the continuous support from everyone who has witnessed this journey and I’m happy to say this is just the start of the season! by @angiebeast13

This weekend was a movie! I have nothing but gratitude for those who are in my corner day in and day out! My coaches are incredible and being on the same stage as them was truly an honor. A huge thank you to @ifbbpro_antoinette for taking me under her wing and pushing me to be someone younger me would be proud of 🤍 @frank_mercuri5 thank you for always cheering me on and giving me insight on ways to make this process easier. To the ladies of @ironwarriors2023 I am incredibly blessed to have such a powerful sisterhood and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us. This is just the beginning! This journey has been indescribable!! It has brought such incredible, strong, and motivating women into my life. Each and every one of these gorgeous ladies will forever hold a special place in my heart! This is just the beginning and can’t wait for what’s to come next! A huge thank you to my team and most importantly my coaches for making this process so memorable. To my family and friends who thugged it out with me, I love you to the moon and back and words can’t describe how pivotal you have been in my new found strength 🤍

You gotta put in the work to see results, it doesn’t happen overnight, trust the process. Being on prep and getting ready for a show, putting in the hours at the gym, meal prepping and still balancing work and somewhat of a life, brings out what kind of person you can be and proves that you can climb any mountain to be on top, that’s when you realize the only person or thing that stops you from anything..is yourself!! 💪🏽 #fit2mycity #lifestyle #listen #realtalk #listenup #lifestyle #journey #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #fitnessjourney #gymgirl #womenwholift #motivation #workoutfit #riverside #inlandempire #ie #blessings taken in Riverside, California by @angiebeast13
