🌊 River Clean Up Confirmed! / ¡Limpieza del Río Confirmada! 🌊

Our River Clean Up is officially happening tomorrow at 6:00 PM, since most of you preferred an evening cleanup with cooler weather after work.

📍 Meeting Point: Queen Bar

Bring a reusable water bottle if you have one. Gloves and trash bags will be provided.

Let’s work together to keep our river and beach beautiful. Every helping hand makes a difference! 💙

Why is this heART so powerful? Be cause she’s EMBODIED 🫀

There’s a HUGE difference between posing and embodiment.

This is what I work with women through @photoshootrituals and our @realwomen_movement

It’s the heART of “walk the walk, talk the talk”

This photo shoot was me capturing @montse.ancestra being what she already IS, not staging, not needing to prepare

And there’s nothing wrong with prepare or “faking it till you make it” when coming from loving intentions of true transformation, embodiment

My bbygirl Montse, is a true goddess, a sister, a shamana, a loving soul, a wild one, not because the heART shows it here, but because of alllllll the time I’ve spent vibing her outside this photo shoot.

Un año más viviendo esta vida junto al mar 🌺

A veces pienso en la persona que era antes de conocer el océano de esta manera, y me cuesta reconocerla. Nunca imaginé que una ola pudiera cambiar tanto una vida.

Aquí, entre amaneceres, sal en la piel y horas esperando la ola correcta, aprendí que vivir también es esperar. Que no todo depende de mí. Que la paciencia no se encuentra, se practica.

El mar me enseñó a observar antes de reaccionar.
A escuchar más mi corazón que el ruido de mi cabeza. A confiar, incluso cuando no puedo ver lo que viene.

Creo que aquí también nació mi forma de ser artista.

en cada mural, a cada cuadro y a cada tabla un pedacito de todo lo que el océano me ha regalado.

Lo más bonito de todo es que, sin darme cuenta, también me enamoré de mí.
De esa versión que puede pasar horas en el agua sin mirar el reloj.
De la que encuentra paz en el silencio.
De la que entiende que no hace falta correr hacia el siguiente momento porque este ya es suficiente.

Surfear dejó de ser un deporte hace mucho tiempo.

Se convirtió en una forma de meditar, de volver a casa y de recordar quién soy.

Todavía tengo muchísimo que aprender.

El océano me lo recuerda cada día. Pero quizá esa sea la magia: nunca se termina de conocer el mar, y tampoco de conocerse a uno mismo.

Gracias, mar, por hacerme una persona más presente, más valiente y más sensible.

Y gracias por inspirar cada obra que sale de mis manos. Porque, al final, todo lo que pinto nace un poquito de ti.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de leerme y por celebrar conmigo esta vida tan hermosa.

Gracias por acompañarme en este camino, por estar aquí y por formar parte, de una u otra manera, de esta aventura.

Por muchos años más junto al mar, creando, aprendiendo y dejando que cada ola siga transformándome.
